My Deepest Sympathy. It's so difficult to lose a husband, father, and friend you love ever so dearly. I am so sorry you are going through that. Sharing precious memories with family and friends will really help keep Jackie deep within your hearts. But for those times when it's overwhelming, when you are alone in your thoughts, when you are sad or hurting, you can lean on God for help. God promises: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to my right hand of righteousness." I hope you find it comforting to know that God really cares for you, so much so that he is waiting to help you, "to really hold on to your right hand," right when you really need him. I hope these words give you comfort, and the strength and courage to make it through this difficult time. (Isaiah 41:10)
