Toni Jean (Cox) Dewey, age 79 of Statesville, North Carolina departed this world on April 15, 2023.
Toni was born on September 20, 1943, in Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Homer Albert Cox and Virginia Dare Parsons Cox. In addition to her parents, Toni was preceded in death by her sons Steven Dewey and Michael Dewey.
In life, Toni graduated from Ellet High School with the class of 1961. She chose a career in the sales industry where she worked with Jr’s for many years before retiring.
Toni leaves behind to cherish her memory, a son Robert Dewey (Kate) of North Dakota, a daughter Sherry White (Gary) of Statesville, a daughter-in-law Kelly Dewey of Hawaii, a brother Gary Cox (Patti) of Ohio, nine grandchildren; Mike Jr., Kenny, Kevin, Zachary, Justin, Stephanie, Danielle, Brittany, Joshua, and several great grandchildren.
To respect Toni’s wishes, there will not be any funeral services.
