Roger "Dale" Bost

   Roger Dale Bost, 73, of Statesville, NC passed away at his home in Iredell County on August 21, 2021.

   Dale, as he was so lovingly known, was born on September 19, 1948 in Iredell County, NC.  He was the son of the late Fred Hinton Bost and Allie Belle (Hedrick) Bost.

   In life, Dale attended Iredell County schools and graduated from Statesville High School.  He honored our country and served in the United States Navy.  Dale was also a member of the VFW, serving as quarter master.  He worked for Commscope as a Printer Technician for over 30 years until he retired.  In 2007, Dale married the love of his life, Antoinette Rita (Yecco) Bost in Horry County, SC. He loved his family. Enjoyed spending time outside, gardening and rescuing dogs. 

   Dale leaves behind to cherish his memory; a loving wife, Antoinette Bost, a son, Chris Falance-Cecil (Matt), a daughter, Dominique Walter (Chris), and a brother, Tony Bost (Rhonda).  Also, surviving Dale are his grandchildren, Caleb, Caden, Giada, and Wyatt, and a host of nieces and nephews who will all greatly miss him.

   In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Iredell County Hospice in his memory.
