Robert Lewis Lippard 90, of Statesville died Wednesday February 27th 2019 at Gordons Hospice House. He was born in Iredell County on October 11, 1928 and was the son of the late Robert Guy Lippard and Vernie Speaks Lippard

He was retired from Gilliam furniture and a Life Long Member of Diamond Hill Baptist Church

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years Macie Dixon Lippard, son Montie Stephen Lippard and great granddaughter Layla Adams.

He is survived by three daughters Gloria Sutter (Gary) of Statesville. Tami Kincaid (John) of Statesville. Terry Lippard Fulp (Michael) of Statesville. Two brothers James Allen Lippard (Jo) of Statesville and Clyde Lippard (Evadean) of Statesville. Three Grandchildren Jamie Charles Redmond (Klala’), Shannon Michael Fulp (Jacklynn) and Four Great Grandchildren. Emma and Samuel Redmond and Heaven and Chloe Fulp.

The family will receive friends on Saturday Afternoon at Diamond Hill Baptist Church from 1 to 2pm with a Celebration of Life Service Following at 2pm with Rev. Carl Williams Mr. Lippard will be laid to rest next to his wife at Iredell Memorial Park following the service.
