Obituary
Deborah (Lackey) Jordan, age 65, of Olin, N.C., passed away on May 5, 2022, at her home in Iredell County.
Debbie or Deb, as she was affectionately known as, was born on January 17, 1957, in Statesville, N.C. She was the daughter of the late Edward Eugene Lackey and Hazel (Ayers) Lackey. In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, Teddy Mack Jordan.
In life Debbie Graduated from Statesville High School. She worked in furniture most of her career and at Lowes Distribution Center. She raised three children. Some of her favorite things were horses, dogs, being crafty, her plants, and spending time with her family and friends.
Debbie leaves behind to cherish her memory, a son, Wesley Jordan (Amanda) of Olin, two daughters, Mechelle Williams of Harmony and Haley Sigmon (Ryan) of Claremont, one brother, Robby Lackey (Beth) of Statesville, two brother in laws, Jim Jordan (Wanda) and Billie Joe Jordan (Trish), and her stepmother, Jane Lackey.
A celebration of life memorial will be held at a later date.
