Brian Keith Jordan

Brian Keith Jordan, 51, of Statesville went to be with his Lord on Thursday, October 24, 2019.  He was born in Iredell County on September 11, 1968 to E. Lamar and Flora G. Jordan. Brian graduated from North Iredell High School in 1986 and attended Mitchell Community College where he received an associate’s degree in accounting. In life, he enjoyed watching his Duke basketball, Panthers football and NASCAR racing.

He is survived by his mother Flora G. Jordan, sister Marie Jordan (Travis), his three daughters Christina West (Matt), Kayla and Krista Jordan, four grandsons; Ezekial, Aven, Tobias and Abrum West; two nieces Alyssa Jordan and Bethany Kepley, two great-nieces Natalie Jordan and Serenity Rice, a great nephew Jaxzen Calloway, two uncles Bradley S. Gaither and G. Carroll Jordan, two aunts Jane O. Gaither and Lexine S. Jordan and numerous cousins.

He is preceded in death by his father, E. Lamar Jordan, paternal grandparents D. Glenn and Novella R. Jordan, maternal grandparents Roy A. and Mary T. Gaither, two uncles Gene R. Jordan and Roy A. Gaither Jr., two aunts Carolyn T. Jordan and Mary Frances G. Rupard, and a great-niece Alaura Rice.

A graveside service will be conducted at Oakwood Cemetery on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. G. Carroll Jordan officiating.

Memorials may be made to Gordon’s Hospice House.  The Jordan family would like to say a special thank you to staff involved with Brian’s care there as well as Bradley Gaither for all his loving care throughout this time. Reavis Funeral Home is honored to serve the Jordan family.
