William "Bill" Grimm Obituary
William G “Bill” Grimm, 51, passed away Friday, February 2, 2018. Born December 3, 1966, in Kalamazoo, MI, he was son of the Shelby Jean Hartsell Grimm and the late Charles Maynard Grimm, Sr.
Bill grew up in Statesville and attended D. Matt Thompson High School. He was a welder and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his mother he is survived by one son, Steven Davis; two brothers, Charles Grimm, Jr. of Hickory and Albert Grimm of Stony Point; two sisters, Maureen Grimm of Stony Point and Cindy Bost of Harmony; six nieces, Crystal Kenny, Tabatha Garcia, Jennifer Adams, Darian Grimm, Jacklyn and Brandie and three nephews, Brandon Grimm, Jason Grimm and Blake.
There will be a Memorial Gathering of Family and Friends at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 10, 2018, with Pastor Bill Mason officiating at Reavis Funeral Home of Statesville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be directed to Reavis Funeral Home of Statesville to help offset final expenses.
