Tommy Davidson Evans
Mr. Tommy Davidson Evans, 77, of Statesville, passed away Sunday September 16, 2018, at Gordon Hospice House in Statesville. He was born June 20, 1941, the son of the late Paul Evans and Mamie Douglas Evans.
Tommy attended and graduated from Iredell County Schools. He was self-employed, doing concrete construction all of his adult life. He also drove tractor trailers. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
Tommy leaves behind his beautiful wife and best friend of 35 years Doris Benge Evans, a daughter Tina Sweet of Statesville, three sisters Judy Underwood, Phyllis Hamby, and Allie Moose all of Statesville.
