Melody Elaine Call, 57, passed away March 18, 2017, at Gordon Hospice House following an extended illness. She was born August 10, 1959, in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband, Scott Allan Call, and her soulmate, Jesse Jarvis. Left to cherish her memories are three children, Eric Call (Melissa Tucker), Stacy Call (Mike Nichols) and Traci Call; eight grandchildren and a very special sister-in-law, Vickie Pauley (Steve Pauley). She was a dedicated employee of McDonalds of Iredell County for 29 years. A celebration of her life will be conducted at 4:00 PM Saturday, April 1, from Westminster Church of God, 224 C Street, Statesville, officiated by Pastor Wayne Moose.
